MINI SWEETS: SWEET TABLE ITEMS:
All mini sweet items must be ordered in even dozens with a minumum of 2 dozen per item ordered. These items must have a prior
notice of at least 7 days to the date of pick up or if being used for a wedding sweets table, it is with day and date availability.
Petite Fours:
White, Amaretto, Butter or Devils Food Cake. Two layers of cake with two layers of Buttercream. Devils Food is dipped in
dark chocolate and the light cakes are dipped in white chocolate. All are decorated with a rosebud.

French Pastries:
White, Amaretto, Butter or Devils Food Cake or a combination of two flavors. One layer of fruit puree and one layer of
Vanilla French Creme. Iced top and two sides with Vanilla French Creme and a dollop of icing, fruit and chocolate on top.
Cream Puffs:
Filled with a whipped creme blend and drizzled with a white chocolate ganache and powdered sugar.
Eclairs:
Filled with vanilla bavarian creme and dipped in chocolate ganache.
Chocolate Caramel Tarts:
Shortbread tart filled with caramel and chocolate mousse and a chocolate ganache garnish.
Cheesecake Bites:
Classic, chocolate, mandarin orange, classic chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate chip, cranberry orange cookies n creme or pumpkin.
Graham, vanilla wafer or oreo crust. Baked in a decorative foil cup and a garnish of Vanilla Ffrench Creme and a drizzle of either a chocolate
or a white chocolate ganache.
CUPCAKES:
White, Butter or Devils Food Cake Only. Minimum order of one dozen. Iced and/or filled with white or chocolate buttercream icing.
